I also think that this may be more of unintentional advertising for NCD community.
Not just for the joy of pissing Russia off more, but I'd recommend the game for fans of tactical strategy games. The overall story arc is pretty interesting too, especially when you remember that it is based on a true story.
I'd not heard of this game but it looks to be pretty good ( https://store.steampowered.com/app/1469610/Last_Train_Home/ ) and if Russia disapproves that's generally a good sign.
