For the foreign and uninformed, this is the famous canadian comedy actor Mike Meyers.
Not to be confused with murdering psychopath from the 1978 film Halloween, Michael Meyers, although some have speculated the two could be the same person as they are never seen in the same room together.
I did get these 2 mixed up for a long time. "You mean the serial killer?" Man I was dumb. I mean I still am but I was then, too.
