Content enjoyers can also donate to research for lesser known illnesses like ME/CFS (one of the illnesses behind long covid). Research for ME/CFS is lacking because it’s a hard to diagnose invisible illness. However, like cancer, it is a debilitating disease that can leave people bedridden or unable to leave their house for the rest of their lives. If you for factor the amount of people that are heavily affected by the illness, ME/CFS is massively underfunded compared to better known illnesses like cancer.
