Which essential apps is Google restricting access to? (I sincerely don't know: Lineage is the only Android I ever run)

For example if you run lineage OS and try to install the autodoc app:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.autodoc.gmbh
Then you cannot run the app:

Got it, thanks. I thought it was about apps from Google and was wondering what I was missing out on since I've never had them.

If you do not have @google Apps then you just miss to loose your privacy 😜
