For full transparence we are announcing it here.

Our reasons were that it seemed like it was made to bash people for their appearance. This is not something we want to bring to Lemmygrad; All of us here have been able to foster a generally positive attitude in this community and we want to keep it that way.

There's not much more to say but if you have questions you can ask them in the comments here.

I think it also brings things that I personally don't want to encounter into the community. The people themselves may not participate, but their messages still spread, and as much as we need to keep up to date on how reactionaries and others are thinking, I really don't want to see their content repeated without analysis simply because we can point and laugh.
