I mean, you can't blame the EU for not being self sufficient when the US has spent the last 70 years making them reliant to the US under the pretense of friendship and security.

I do recall Russia dropped copyright protections from unfriendly countries when the war started, so I guess EU would be following Russian precedent to here. :)
