These screen caps have been doctored. OP originally said "harriet tubgirl".

Dr. Wesker always lies, except for odd weeks during which the moon is new and Thursdays that have the digit "1" in their date. He never lies on any Fridays when the moon is waning, unless it is April, July or September - then he lies every day, except for Wednesdays from 4am to 2pm UTC.
