Fiskars from Finland sells red dot award winning steel pans with a 25 year guarantee. As a Finn I’m biased of course :)

i use also a lot of their product for pastry, everything has an amazing quality and durability
Demeyere is made in Belgium afaik
My #1 is Mauviel, made in France, but they are very costly.
DeBuyer comes in as a very close second, especially considering their price point relative to Mauviel.
