Does the mention of selling user data occur in the keynote?

There's nothing in the article itself about selling user data, but rather giving (very fragile) control to users about their data

While search engines respect robots txt, there's nothing to prevent scrapers from stealing user data. The article already mentions that blue sky has already been successfully scrapped at that

And to be fair, I'd rather my data be sold with consent than stolen (as it's currently being stolen as per the article), but maybe I'm missing something here?
