So are there any good alternatives to PayPal? Are they useable online? Do you see any change in the market?

Uh, a bank transfer maybe? We've got excellent infrastructure for that. PayPal is needed because in USA you can't do bank transfers just like that.

This is the exact same process for a system already at work in my country, Portugal, which we call MBWay.

You can send, request, receive and even take money from your account, through an ATM, using it. It uses cellphone numbers to process the movements.

Not an alternative yet, but we might be able to use GNU Taler in the EU for everything that can be bought with euros around 2028.

It gets shittier and shittier with every change they introduce. Just recently I cancelled my Metal subscription, it was no longer delivering the value for the price.

Which is a shame, I was with Revolut since their beginning.

That sucks! Im useing vipps, Scandinavia bank payment option and trasnfar, so easy to use!
