what i did is i went to the github and downloaded the "source" folder, it's all in there mostly in png format.
works fine with Signal atleast.

You can copy and paste the emojis like they are regular images on computer. In Jerboa, you can click on the emoji and download it to your phone.
Might have to download jerboa then, I do most of my messaging using the phone
You can also download it via browser
Just click and hold and press "save image"
That entirely depends on what format those platforms expect their stickers to be imported as.
Can be exported as PNG, no problem. I can see the file URL as I'm typing it:

It looks like signal and telegram will require you to manually create an publish a sticker set. Discord lets you upload adhoc stickers to your server in PNG but I think only a limited amount. With slack you can upload them as reaction emojis.
