Thanks for posting this. I used to live on the 39 route and had to rely on it to get to school before I found a good bike... it really sucked. It was almost always late and it starts running at about 8 (iirc) which means anyone living north of McKenzie/UVic is SOL if they have to get the airport/ferry before ~9am.
I think I called in to complain about it like three times before I got my bike. xD
