This week I'm doing three different individual pizzas every night for four nights. Because the world is burning, but my oven is pretty hot too.

The crumb. I never appreciated how important it is to buy the nice flour.

I'll take the pizza on the right please

That one's pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, and jalapeno. Hope that's alright

You say deranged but I say you're living your best life, nice job 👏

Related: what's the craziest thing you've put on a pizza?

Mine is egg. Don't do it. It is the one, and only, time I've binned a pizza.

That's trad Italian style stuff!

I once made a pizza with a pesto base, fried chicken, and double cheese. Covered in hot sauce. I had the most troublesome crunch of my life man.

Ngl, that actually sounds amazing...

It was so rich and fatty that I never want another slice again, but I would order it as my last meal in prison just to make the cleanup after I die as rough as possible

You want to take the derangement a step further, deep fry the dough then put the toppings on and put it under the broiler to brown the cheese or whatever you want. It's amazing. Just let the dough get slightly golden brown, just a minute or two on each side. It tends to rise a lot so spread it on the thin side unless you like it more like Sicilian.

Merely hearing that sentence gave me 100 calories

Chip shop near me when I was growing up used to deep fry frozen deep dish cheese pizza. Would recommend.
