I get why people would say minivan but I actually think Death would drive a huge Excursion or similar massive SUV because of the limited pedestrian sight lines and likelihood of crushing any vehicle it gets into an accident with.
it'll definitely be the four Karens, but i still think they're gonna trad themselves so bad by the Omega that they'll actually be riding horses
