Just to be safe, don't directly link to pirated content. General discussion is allowed within limits.

Some shows/films feature nudity or erotica. These are usually allowed but must be tagged as NSFW.
While Anime is a beloved animation style with a rich history and extensive following, our focus here leans towards other forms of animation. This is due to the immense popularity of Anime in online spaces, which is amply covered by other dedicated communities.
This doesn't mean that Anime related conversation is not allowed here, only that it's not our focus. For a dedicated Anime instance, check out ani.social.
While our primary goal is to discuss animated media, conversations about animation techniques and the process of creating animation are also welcome. Whether you're a budding animator seeking to understand more about the industry, or a seasoned professional sharing your experiences, you're welcome here.

Ah hem. Good Sir, if you would be ever so kind as to release the 14 year behind final book?
Not to be nitpicky, but Dreams of Spring would have been the last book, so he still has to finish two novels.
I wish they animated ASOIAF... Would have been incredible
Maybe one day if he ever finishes it. A multi-season animated epic would be amazing.
Throw out seasons... Just do each book however they need to be done. The comic was supposed to hold this promise. I have no idea if they ever finished it though
I swear to God, the guy is just waiting to die so his publisher can pay someone to finish the books and everyone will be disapointed and for the next hundred years people will talk about how much better they would be if HE had gotten to finish them.
He has already said that he doesn't want someone else to finish the books. I could also see him as the type of guy who lets his unfinished manuscript be destroyed after his death.
