I have escaped the burger riech!
I've found myself in the rather interesting position of it being cheaper for me spend my life backpacking the world then trying for any quality of life in the US. So for the foreseeable future that's what's I'm going todo!
I'll be landing in Prauge in a couple hours. I have no real itinerary so I'll probably be there for a week or so before i wander onto the next place. If anyone has some must see ideas Czechia let me know!
Try out a Mlìko, or milk beer. Let us know what the "If socialism was a beer" tastes like.
Also try out some Koláč, maybe quark, poppy seed, or walnut kinds, or whatever you can get your hands on.

Kutná Hora has a pretty cool chapel full of decorations made with human skulls and other bones, if that's your thing; it's not too far from Prague (1h by train). Safe travels comrade!

I remember the best beer I ever had was Apollo Galaxy by Pivovar Matuska. I'm sure any beer from that company will be very good, try to find some.
also, while you're in eastern europe, drink as much of the blue elderflower fanta as you can. then for breakfast each morning eat pickles, bologna, boiled eggs and kvass. it will acclimate you to the new envirornment, and actually start to CRISPR slav genes into you.
