The Satanic Temple

I noticed there wasn't a TST Lemmy community. The Satanic Temple is a modern satanic religion that aims to promote human rights and compassion. Check out their about page on their official website at https://thesatanictemple.com/pages/about-us. Note that this community is not an official affiliation. TST is also separate and not affiliated with the Church of Satan, who have a slightly different viewpoint of what satanism truly is. Dunno what to post in here, but maybe some will search for this and take part. Hello!

TST Health remains dedicated to providing abortion care wherever possible and is eager to expand our services further. This new clinic in Maine will be our third location, joining the “Samuel Alito’s Mom’s Satanic Abortion Clinic” in New Mexico and the “Right to Your Life Satanic Abortion Clinic” in Virginia. As with our other locations, patients at the “President's Yuge Most Beautiful Tremendous Satanic Abortion Clinic” will receive all healthcare services for free and will only need to cover the $91 cost of the prescription.

OMG, I'm dying.

I dunno what they were going for with SAMSAC, but they almost managed to have ReYLSAC, pronounced like "Real Sack."

This is why I'm a member. I have children and I want their rights protected. TST outlines a whole host of my sincerely held religious beliefs. If empathy, compassion, justice, truth, and personal autonomy are important values of yours, I recommend doing a little reading to see if TST is right for you.

As a Baha'i, I approve the message of The Satanic Temple. Technically even the most orthodox of Baha'i should support the message of TST.

I almost converted to the Baha'i faith many years ago. It's cool to see a Baha'i in the wild! Are there many on Lemmy, do you know?

No clue. There were a fair number of us on the old site, but I don't really go looking for others.

Texas needs all the support it can get. Not the state but the victims of it

Running security for this place would be a noble cause. Just putting a few rounds of lead into a terrorist. God, that makes me hard.

Empathy Reason Justice

That's what it says on the banner the eagle is holding. Who else champions for empathy? Conservatives mock it and call it woke, beta, simp, soyboy, feminazis, and whatever else nametag they wanna affix that sounds bad but the bottom line is they demonize empathy.

I dont even see empathy really be held up in their culture. It is more like praising the compassion and perhaps then the help or forgiveness you give. You're just a victim and they are just a villain you can turn the other cheek to.
