You know, the game looks fine. After that shit, I want nothing to do with it. His little publicly stunt reminds me more of the "just a prank, bro" idiots who only show outward remorse after getting caught.

They only made a second one, to get a second wave of publicity. Except this time it didn't work. The first game had about a week of players and then died.
Comes out wearing proof of bad taste, wants people to ignore it for their bad game instead. Now can't get anyone to pay attention to what they want and are losing their studio because of a hat. Amazing speed run for ending a business.

If I didn’t want to send a political message, I would simply not wear a hat with a political slogan from a prominent politician during a politically fraught time in the very city where political protests are happening.
