Hi the top of my head got too much sun yesterday and now it hurts
Solution: next time you go outside, keep the top of your head at ground level at all times so it's further from the sun.
Ahhhh, I thought all the people around town doing that were doing a fent fold, now I understand!
Don't feel dumb. Just figured out a couple of years back that hats are useful, often necessary, in the sun. I'm 54.
I personally envision myself as a bowl of petunias
also, we are only the top of the food chain because of our thumbs and that we can run a long ways
