A limousine is really just a hired car with a chauffer. A "stretch" limo would be the really long one.

The fancy statue on the front grill makes it a limo, of course. It says so in the limo service terms of service, I expect.

Edit: I'll be right back, I need to go install a hood ornament on my ~~hoopty~~ limo.
