I'm sorry but I don't know where else to go. How the f*** do I contact EA Connect support?? Just how?? EA makes it nearly impossible to get in contact with a real human if you are having a problem.

I deleted my Mail account and forgot about EA Connect so Im not able to login and do the 2FA with this email Address. I need to change my email address and recover my Account.

It's only possible to start a live chat if your logged in your account...which is the reason why I want to contact you....

Do you know any possible way how to contact EA about this?

Edit: Fuck EA. Will never buy any Games which are under the hood of EA. If you are spitting on your customers you don't deserve my money. Raise the flag in EA's water dear pirates.

I don't know about other jurisdictions, but German websites are legally required to have some info including postal address about who owns the site, called impressum.

I think US firms have a similar requirement for the licence agreement? Not sure about thid.

Sorry I don't have a way to help. I noticed this changed recently as well and was really frustrated by it.

Believe it or not, a decade ago, EA support was actually good. I know it sounds insane but I had the BEST customer service call with someone from the Midwest US. I was trying to get into the time trials in the game Mirrors Edge. For some reason, I was getting a weird connection error.

I spoke to this customer service rep who walked me through some bizarre steps, which seemed effectively like clearing the cache of my xbox. All the while, we just shot the shit and discussed games. It was just a casual call, she was genuinely helpful and SO efficient.

At the end of it I didn't wana hang up the phone LOL. It was the best customer service call I've ever had and it kills me knowing that they axed these people at some point. It was a call that I think is rare to experience nowadays with service reps being overworked and monitored to hell and back.

Yes, but only functions with a 2FA Code EA sends to your email Address.

No. If you can't access your email Address they are telling you that you have to contact your email provider. If you want to start a live chat, you need to log in.

So I just tried this form. It's not making you login to an account it's just so they have somewhere to respond to your message it appears.

I tried to use an email address which isn't connected to EA but they want me to login to an EA Account anyways.

But I will try it again.
