I would eat better too if i followed a mealplan derived by a nutritionist and didn't prioritize cost over quality.

It doesn't happen directly, but appearance does improve one's earning potential pretty significantly.

That's the power of a PR team. That's why Michael Phelps gets featured on Good Morning America when he eats 10,000 calories. It doesn't make those times I eat 10,000 calories less of an achievement. You just have to accept that you might not always get the recognition you deserve. Doing the right thing sucks sometimes.

If that’s your diet for 31 years, then you deserve to be called out…
