I believe that just signifies that Crucial is no longer making DDR4 memory anymore. At least that's what I found when I looked it up quick! It probably would be better if they just said discontinued, but I guess this is their way of doing it!

RAM doesn't expire, but "end-of-life" is probably corporate speak for the product being discontinued or no longer eligible for support and service from the vendor.
ain't you got a used marketplace where you're at? why get them new, that's 10 year old tech at this point and Intel isn't picky about RAM speeds, so you can get the cheapest stuff that e.g. AMD laptops won't run (2400, 2666, etc).
