Told me, after I asked if he is aware of any fiscal responsibility, after his last parent died that he and his siblings had been to visit the "notary Republican" and they have no idea what was in the papers they signed. Obviously I don't feel great about this and don't really expect any replies, just want a record somewhere since I know this family, my friend is dying and suffers from numerous health issues including COPD and schizophrenia, and still does work for the family properties, free of charge.

I am appalled.
