I love that game. Played it so much. Does anybody know a game that’s similar? The time aspect, specifically.

Black future 88 comes to mind but it's not a 1:1 since it's a side scroller.

Maybe project zombiod or v rising would be good as top down games but idk if they're really the same.

It's a great game. It's amazing how many problems you can solve by hijacking a nearby ship and ramming it into your target.

Getting a time dilation device and blitzing across a dozen rooms to your target feels like an action movie scene.

It feels like an immersive sim but you can finish a mission in 5 minutes.

I bought it a couple years ago and it worked just fine for me on the Deck. YMMV, but it was definitely worth $3.

I've been playing this game on Linux before the Steam Deck was even a thing. It was one of the first games I've played when Proton 3 initially launched.
You'll be fine, at worst you might need to remap the controls a little.
