With the grid becoming increasingly unreliable, and solar PV with battery backup with achievable autarky grade in 70-80%, then range grid becomes backup.

Wish. There is a small section of a speech on alternative radio that describes the intensive long term cost of building and managing nuclear energy and thus the insane social investment that limits local control over use and purpose. Seemingly the point of much of this writing. Sorry I'm not a researcher. But if you like this writing you will enjoy this speech. Not free from this source.
