Royce was the mass market brand of S. Kocher & Co SA (founded in 1918). They started making automatic watches in the 60s, focusing on cheaper and sports watches, with their sister brand Eska serving the higher price points.
They were, among many similar Swiss brands, killed off by the Quartz revolution.
Don't expect to make too much money on this sale, likely <$60. Nice vintage look though!
