Hello! I'm new to Nextcloud and would like to know how to get started with Nextcloud and have some questions. Is it secure? How do the servers work? Which ones do you recommend?

Depending on your motivation and ambition for autonomy .... if selfhosting isnt your thing I can recommend german NC hosters. In my case €7 per month, 5 users and 500 GB storage.

I'm looking for a secondary cloud storage service and somewhere to upload some of my photos for free. I'm not familiar with hosting services, and when I try to create an account on hosting.de, it asks me for a phone number, but my country's number isn't listed. Thank you!

Didnt realise but they seem to only do business in certain EU countries.
