Have you discussed it with an optician? You might need to find an upscale one that doesn’t mostly carry Luxottica. There’s a variety of types in use.

You could also look at a shop that sells and repairs jewelry. Make sure they're highly rated, and they'll be able to order and rig something up for you.
It's hard to see but i think the screw is right here:

Or maybe it's just artifacting from zooming in too far
That's apparently image artifacts then. There really is no screw or screw mount area, it's a bent clip design, similar to a staple.
Sorry for doubting you. Maybe a closer photo of the attachment part would help identify it?
Wish I could, but my camera sucks, especially at close enough range to get a good proper view ☹️
Oh well, I've gotten some good informative comments here, I'll ask around at optometrists' offices when I get a chance.
They are called clip on nose pads. Sometimes they were called crimp on nose pads. They are still available if you search online.
Giving heavy Dahmer vibes, very cool. I would order a new pair of nose bridges, snap the old one off and have a jeweler solder on the new ones.
I surely don't care for this style of glasses, but they're free, match my vision even better than my last prescription, and are pretty damn rugged.
I never wanted these glasses, but apparently I need them.. 🤷
Edit: I do my own soldering, if you look very closely, I already had to solder the right nose bridge armpiece...
(O o O)
You can get them on amazon for sure, which means they'd also be available elsewhere if you dig for them a little.
Uhhhhh holup. That makes me even moar....vintage...?!
Not sure how I feel. That said, love the vibe, reminds me of RPGs from the Army.
