Yeah so municipalities are something that's entirely within the domain of the province. Something that Doug Ford should be aware of since the first thing he did when he came to power was using this fact to redistrict the city council.

The Federal government transfers money to the Provincial government then the Provincial government transfers money to the municipalities.

So this is just another instance of Ford blaming the Federal government for his inability to do his job. Also Ford assuming that voters are a bunch of idiots that don't know anything about where municipalities exist within our federal system of government.

If Ford wants the Federal government to fund the City of Toronto, then he should concede Toronto into a Territory that's no longer a part of Ontario. Otherwise he's just saying stupid shit with the assumption that voters are stupid enough to believe it.

Things are so bad Ford is smoking crack again!
