There's only 2 rules that I can think of right now
Rule 1: Don't ridicule
Rule 2: Don't be an arsehole
If you can think of anything else let me know. Cheers.

I cooked the kids some eye fillet with mash and I had leftover Parma and chips. My local chicken shop does enormous servings, well and truly enough for 2 meals.
Meal prep for the start of the week last week was Spaghetti Bolognese. Because i actually had time to think about it i tried a few different things. A fairly long list of ingredients, but notable ones that has made this weeks bolognese turn out really nice is cumin, worcestershire sauce and bay leaves. I went for a simple passata sauce and added my own oregano and basil mix, with a cup of salt reduced stock. Lovely.
A little bit of hoisin or oyster sauce works too. Please tell me you don't put milk in your bolognese?
Whaat!?! You just blew my mind! I'm gona try oyster sauce next time, i've got some in the fridge ready to go!
Edit: Milk? Eugh! People do that? Why?
They say it tastes better with milk. I strongly disagree. Mama Mia. Much respect 🤝
Just some left over burgers and rice with chutney followed by mango coconut ice cream
