I have a suspicion that the answer is yes, but I'm wondering if there are any concrete sources on France using NATO training or equipment during that time.

OFFICALLY nato has an article which was to prevent the NATO from becoming “collective effort to stamp out native riots”, but inoffically they did support france:

“...Under these circumstances, France adopted new methods to achieve support from NATO allies, which was realized as air and ground military bases in the desert were reinforced with the latest innovations from military engineers, including Sikorsky-Bell aircraft”

Ironically not many supported french control over algeria, and the FLN was armed with weapons purchased from italy & spain via north african nations.
