Often, although only with people I'm not comfortable with. If it's one of my partners or family or close friends, then no, as we've all learned how to communicate effectively.

The worst part is that I feel like others aren't necessarily good at the game either. It does feel like they're often simply less aware of the complexity.

It's anxiety inducing. I find it like this when I think too much about the conversation, and have to force myself to stop analyzing every possible scenario.

That works until I say something stupid and decide I should be overanalyzing.
