This was a delightful video, absolutely enjoyed it.
Oh so that is why I have to poop ever since I started drinking coffee!

No! That first one was a doozy.
Rats are brilliant animal model for biological studies relating to humans due to significant similarities to us. I will say though seeing a result in a single study on rats doesn't mean "definitive this is how it works in humans" and think the video should have concluded in a less "and that's the answer" way.
Cool video, just iffy conclusion.
The bean was a rare miss from James. Still enjoy seeing original content, though. And it was well presented information, so that was nice
