Didn't have to look far to find this in the reviews (about a free game lol)

"worst steaming pile of ♥♥♥♥ ive ever put my hands on, do not make games EVER again"

I'm assuming this person was just clown award farming? What's up with that anyway? Do clown awards convert to something they need?

Why does any troll do what they do?

No, I mean I've heard clown award farming is apparently a thing on Steam but I don't know what it's about.

Steam has ... basically, emojis that you can give people, as... basically 'awards'.

There's a whole system of 'points' that you get when you buy a game or get an in game achievememt, you can spend those points on various flair for your steam profile...

Or, give silly awards to people.

So... I would guess that 'clown farming' would be intentionally trying to get as many clown-moji awards as possible.

Why do they do this?

... To be the funniest clown, I suppose.

Sounds like a great way to run a reliable user review system

I mean... its not the worst way of essentially reviewing users.

Its also not the best, lol.

I... don't actually know that there is like... when you view another user's profile, I don't think it like, forces you to display your cumulative given 'award' counts, or is made such that anyone can always see them.

I think... a user can choose to emphasize certain awards by picking one of... basically, their kind of 'display cabinets' on their profile, and then showcasing it in that.

... Its kind of ... incredibly convoluted, how everything that does, or can go into a steam profile page... how that actually works.

I don't even know what it means and I'm not sure I want to!

Nice, and it's free to play.

Okay. What's the "play" part of free to play? You walk around and look at stuff? Are there tasks and progression?

I need my dopamine, man!

Edit: downvotes are fun, but I was asking a serious question and I'm hoping for some enlightenment if you can spare a sec.

Haven't tried it myself, but it does look like it has goal-based elements (or you can make your own).

Something along the line of visit different well known parts of the moon.
