"It almost seems that it doesn't matter to them who they execute, as long as they send a message to society that there's a zero-tolerance policy on whatever issue they're talking about - whether it's protests, freedom of expression, or drugs," said Ms Basyouni.

The de facto ruler of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman - who became crown prince in 2017 - has changed the country profoundly over the past few years, loosening social restrictions while simultaneously silencing criticism.

In a bid to diversify its economy away from oil, he has opened Saudi Arabia up to the outside world, taken the religious police off the streets, and allowed women to drive.

But the kingdom's human rights record remains "abysmal", according to the US-based campaign group Human Rights Watch, with the high level of executions a major concern. In recent years, only China and Iran have put more people to death, according to human rights activists.

In a bid to diversify its economy away from oil, he has opened Saudi Arabia...

Yesterday: Saudi Arabia Moves to Take Control of LUKOIL’s $22 Billion Global Assets

I honestly don't know what the fuck is really going on right now re:WWIII, but I know enough about U.S. wars over oil to recognize it's no coincidence that Saudi Arabia and the Trump administration are now the best of friends. Or that Saudi Arabia is taking control of Lukoil assets, while the U.S. (Chevron) is in Venezuela "seizing" Russian (LukOil) shadow oil tankers. And last week Chevron's own plans to purchase LukOil assets supposedly fell through?

U.S. Treasury Blocks Bid for Lukoil’s Foreign Assets(6 days ago)

2 days ago: Ukraine says it hit Russian oil rig, patrol ship in Caspian Sea

Are we supposed to pretend that it doesn't seem very likely Russia and the U.S. are having Saudi Arabia hold Lukoil assets because the U.S. (Chevron) can't publicly claim them at the moment, even as they continue to intercept and collect Russia (LukOil) shadow oil tankers in Venezuela?

Thank you for causing me to understand more of what's going-on.

Here's what's going-on re WW3:

Once Trump & Putin clue-in that they may exterminate "wokeism" from the entire planet, completely, by collaborating/dividing-and-conquering, they'll stop jamming each-other, & act "with 1 mind, against their combined Western enemy", ie Canada & the EU.

Trump's unconscious-or-conscious strategy: owning Alaska / Pacific ( navy & airforce ) / mainland / Atlantic / Greenland.

Then Canada's got ZERO trade left, right?

NO food-import, no NOTHING.

Trump's annexation of Canada .. has to work, then, unless Canada comes-up-with some super-innovation-machine, or something, to mutate the odds..

That liberates Putin ( backed by BRICS ) to be rampaging on the now-abandoned EU.

Russia's only a "shell company", now: China being the "hand inside the glove" more..

..but that's what Putin accepted, & what China wants

( let Russia have the losses of that war: China needs to vanquish Asia, right? )

WHILE that's going-on, who of the West is going to be backing anybody in Asia OR in the Middle-East??

Nobody?

China gets its Asian empire, &

Saudi gets its Empire, then: all of the Middle-East, all of Africa..

Should take only about 7y to establish, give or take ( this goes for ALL of the imperialism-rampaging that's going to be going on, once the "fuze" now lit, reaches the powderkeg )

Then, once the world has been consolidated into 3 empires, & whatever's left of TrueNATO, ..

( I expect Putin & Trump will have been discarded by humankind's collective-unconscious, by then:

their national-right regimes discarded roughly 2032?

the individuals aren't needed: only "avatars for the zeitgeist", so they can have replacements, & I'm certain Musk wants to succeed Trump )

.. then the BIG/TOTAL war can begin, in the early 2030's, between the 3x empires & the TrueNATO-remnant alliance ..

These last few years have clued me in to just how long it takes for world-change to happen..

I'd been misunderstanding everything because of calibrating to human-timescale..

  • Conquering ( regional ), for about 7-ish years
  • WAR of attrition, between the regions/empires, for some decades
  • then the food-chains should die, & the challenge of survival gets more fundamental, while the war continues grinding on ..

The Great Filter ( that naive-fools believe we've "already" survived ).

Absolutely inevitable: it is the species-equivalent to individual-puberty: NO mere-believing can prevent it from overthrowing us, to its process.
