Recently, the Israeli government closed the UNRWA office in Jerusalem and placed the Israeli flag on it, while continuing its international campaign to discredit UNRWA among donors.

Many countries have cut their funding, resulting in a severe shortfall in UNRWA’s ability to carry out its humanitarian role.

This campaign comes amid the ongoing genocide in Gaza, the expansion of settlements in the West Bank, and the urgent need of Palestinians for the humanitarian services provided by UNRWA.
