How could he have known that she wouldn't like her shoes being complimented everyday by the bathrooms. And he totally maintained a proper professional distance as agreed.

I think a 4chan user getting into trouble for interacting with a woman is one of the least fake things the site could have.

What's fake is the claim that HR took action on a mouse pointer being close to another.
