Looks like they were actually aware of it after all.
If you watch the video of it, they come in very calmly and the first thing they say is, "you've been swatted again."
Frankly, saying that it's unbelievable is no longer workable, it's been going on for far too long overall, and in this case for there to have been close to a dozen incidents without some recognition of the situation is unacceptable. It's going to continue until someone is killed, then a working group will be formed to draft a list of recommendations, which will ultimately be ignored. How are they not ashamed to be so shit at their own job, apparently unable to reconcile the very obvious scenario playing out in realtime; this could have been resolved in 10 minutes without deployment of SWAT, if he's broadcasting his gameplay live, worldwide over the web, the cops could literally pull up his stream and call him. This isn't some random unknown person, with a 911 call coming in about noise/domestic abuse/firearm discharge/someone screaming for help because they're getting murdered, they could literally see for themselves via an adult version of a nanny cam...

Embarrassing us with news coverage of our incompetence won't work either, you'll have to take us to court, win, obtain a settlement which will be paid by taxpayers instead of us, and we'll do it again anyways. Which would be pretty dumb if something actually happened there.
If someone prank calls the police around here they get a (pretty hefty) fine. Other than that, not much will happen. Police will still show up, they will (usually) still take you seriously, they have to.
Let's be real, it's dumb even before someone gets killed. This is the human equivalent to a dog barking at birds/squirrels/rabbits/other dogs/the mailman that it can see through the front window of its house for the entirety of its life without reconciling that there's no need to kick up a fuss - how in the fuck have they not yet acknowledged that there is no actual reason to deploy SWAT teams? Who the fuck are these people? There's no threat to anyone, they know it, but continue calling it in and sending cops after it's happened this many times?
Dude. They have to treat it as a serious call. ITS THEIR FUCKING JOB.
They can't just go "here's a call about an active shooter. It's probably just a prank call"
And if they did. YOU WOULD BE RIGHT THERE IN THE COMMENTS FUCKING COMPLAINING THAT THEY DON'T TREAT ALL CALLS AS SERIOUS.

With prior reports, they should be aware he gets harrassed instead of endangered. The 4th time, the caller should have been swatted.
Why would you expect cops to recognize a pattern of behavior?
If you call in a fake SWAT call thry should charge you with attempted murder.
You would think if its happened that many times the police would at least have some kind of flag on the address that its happened before.
