As in, Greenland leaves the Danish empire, then starts the lengthy process of joining the EU while it has no military support?

Once the situation calms down, sure, let 'em join, but before that, it might just be suicide to leave Denmark.

Greenland was in the EU, but left in 1985. They could apply to rejoin.

The EU-poll is from 2024, before Trumps second term started, and most definitely outdated. The US-poll is from “2025”, which is also pretty vague. The sources are different, probably also the methodology (0% vs 9% unsure is quite a large difference).
