I have no idea who this is or what this is about. I'm sorry for being out of the loop, cowbee.
Cowbee is a user who makes a lot of comments in discussion and debate threads about socialism and communism. IMO he's extremely patient and gives very detailed explanations/arguments. Some people disagree with him (which is OK, of course), but some of those people are IMO rude and/or dishonest about it. This form is a joke about that.
