Yup. I don't know much either, would not be surprised if the image is about the Kurds tho. They always seem to get fucked over by everyone.

you got it correct, yeah specifically when syria dropped bombs on rojava to disperse the kurds on two specific neighbourhoods (this action was supported by turkey btw)
