Overview:

The community dedicated to boycotting the US until they stop fascism, restore full democracy and start following international law.

Americans have a moral obligation to resist Donald Trump and project 2025 at every turn.

America is a flawed democracy currently being ruled by oligarchs. Stop the backslide! Dont let America become the next Hungary.

America needs to challenge the court rulings of citizens united v. fec and shelby county v. holder, protect the media, implement independent district drawing, and the single transferable vote so they don't end up having people stay home in life-changing elections because they cannot vote for their favourite candidate.

Such a bad look on Italy. They should be clearly saying "no" to US ICE and all US military/terrorism. Right on, Mayor Sala, though:

Milan Mayor Giuseppe Sala said that ICE would not be welcome in his city, which is hosting the Feb. 6 opening ceremony to be attended by U.S. Vice President JD Vance, as well as most ice sports.

“This is a militia that kills, a militia that enters into the homes of people, signing their own permission slips. It is clear they are not welcome in Milan, without a doubt,” Sala told RTL Radio 102.

I can't help but feel like this is a loyalty test by Trump. If Italy complains about this obviously controversial move, Trump will see this as a reason to retaliate and if they don't complain, it begins to normalize this kind of awful behavior.

Italians kind of like dictators.

Why is a US intra-governmental unit, being sent international to a place they have absolutely zero jurisdiction?

Great fucking question! At first I was like are they in the us this year? No…? Ummmmmmm. Pretty fucked!

This is like them sending agents to the superbowl.

It’s just throwing a bone to ICE agents instead of anything meaningful.

But congress needs to press why the secret service is insufficient to protect Vance, and why on earth ICE would be, given this is completely outside their mandate.

ICE protects US borders, by (checks notes) going to another country, in another continent. Yeah, I'm thinking they get locked up on arrival and turned around. Diplomatic immunity, my arse!

Trump went to Davos and returned without incident, no one is going to do anything to them.

Every one of them should be arrested for being accomplices to murder, for being accessories before, during, and after the fact. Send them all to The Hague.

Should capture them and deport them to a random country.

Random uninhabited island in the middle of the pacific with less than a square mile of space and minimal vegetation
