Ebikes, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, longboards, eboards, motorcycles, skates, unicycles, heelies, or an office chair: Whatever floats your goat, this is all things micromobility!

"Transportation using lightweight vehicles such as bicycles or scooters, especially electric ones that may be borrowed as part of a self-service rental program in which people rent vehicles for short-term use within a town or city.

It's a little sad that we need to actually say this, but:

Don't be an asshole or you will be permanently banned.

Respectful debate is totally OK, criticizing a product is fine, but being verbally abusive will not be tolerated.

Focus on discussing the idea, not attacking the person.

Not just e-bikes. All bicycles, according to the bill.

This is monumentally stupid.

Wild that they want to say you can bring any knife anywhere (except govt buildings, schools and hospitals) and have a law that exists just to protect that law, but wanna regulate this

I think it would be weird not to carry some sort of knife unless you're flying, going to an event, or going into a government building. Hospitals don't care if you have one unless you're brandishing it or maybe if it's a giant thing on a holster.
