One of me team members always says, "Hey, I need a word with you about something later."
And for like an hour, I'm freaking... "This is it. He's found another job. He's moving town. He's headed back to his home country... Ah, shit."
Then we meet up, "So, I might need Friday off because my parents are landing at 10am."
