Bro there is nothing better than pizza with dough and sauce you make yourself, shredded hard cheese and mozzarella, topped with fresh basil after baking on the highest setting on your oven. Simplicity is where it's at. Here, I'll share my recipes:
4 zza's
500g flour 1x dry yeast sachet Salt 325 ml lukewarm water
Add yeast to water, mix. Add salt to flour, mix. Add yeast to flour and mix.
Dump dough onto working surface and wrangle into a uniform ball. Add flour as needed.
Pull and fold dough several times.
Make three cuts for four dough pieces. Work each piece into a ball.
Cover surface in semolino. Place dough balls on semolino and cover with a damp cloth. Put in a warm place and let proof for two hours.
Press and grav-stretch the proven dough balls into nice round pizza doughs. Top as required and cook at max heat on a preheated, lightly oiled pizza stone.
Pizza Sauce
Drain large can of whole, peeled tomatoes and add tomatoes to blender. Add two cloves of garlic and two tablespoons of olive oil; salt and orgeano to taste.
Blend.
That said, your pizza looks pretty fire. I wouldn't mind having a slice.
