General Rules:
- If you don't know something ask, there are many people at any given time who will help.
- Having multiple nicknames on same account is allowed, as long as not abused.
- If you have a server you can ask to run a xdcc bots in the channels.
- Never try to randomly pm'ing someone, especially if you are new and don't know anyone.
- Never try to spam/scam/trolll youll get banned faster than you can blink.
- Never create and use multiple accounts to do requests, youll get banned.
- It is highly recommended that you register your nick and use SASL authentication.
