I don't trust any government data at this point. My main reason for staying on Reddit is the local sub, and it's fucking bleak. People who moved here for $200K jobs send out a thousand resumes, and the best outcome is an $80K offer after a six-week hiring process, six months later.

We are being lied to about the state of the economy.
