I am a mental health provider / social worker and we learn about individual trauma as well as mass trauma from natural disasters ect... Speaking to clients about gaslighting and forms of narcissistic abuse really isnt all that different than the types of abuse Americans have to deal with on a regular bases from a young age systemically because the system is so toxic. I am currently thinking about the pure amount of toxicity where leadership in the government seems to view citizens as pawns instead of part of the whole. This has also led to chronic isolation and loneliness for everyday people and general feelings of inadequacy. The Tuskegee experiment.... MKUltra... and many other social experiments ect... Not admitting fault for those until decades later and making the victims think they were crazy or that it was all their fault. Its just disgusting to me. Now, we are finding out there is a world wide trafficking ring and the DOJ CONTINUES to muddy down the evidence and force citizens to fill in the gaps leading to concern, fear, confusion and the abusers havent been forced to take any accountability, yet. The feeling of confusion and exhaustion you feel is by design. Its from abuse. Top officials running the system are abusive as hell which is why we need normal citizens to engage in various processes. Despite the imposter syndrome and anxieties that make you feel you arent good enough or smart enough to take on positions of power ect... if you have these thoughts then you are the very person many communities need right now because it means you care enough to try which is a whole hell of a lot better than what we have now.

Idk what exactly I am expecting to get out if this but idk how anything changes unless we become part of a new process and it makes me deeply sad that my fellow Americans are viewed so low by the very people voted in to protect them. Americans deserves better.

Well said. Just to add, unfortunately, most of the world just laughs at the US and thinks lowly of you. Wishing you all the best in your fight against this corporate country.

I know and they have good reason. The US has been an atrocious colonizer. It pretended to be different than the British and in the beginning it was... but instead eventually got in bed with and became the very thing it pretended to hate.

It's a tough one, I don't envy you. I really wish you well.

it's definitely a federal government problem

at least in my state, the people running the state government seem to care

i don't have executive branch experience but I have a lot of experience with the other branches and departments. people care and generally want to do the work of the people

but of course there's always outliers and loud assholes can really ruin it for lots of people

the founding fathers didn't want the federal government to work the way it does today

it's gotta start with our house reps, anyone that's not doing something to try and hold the president and the senate to account, needs to GTFO

we need to impeach and remove some of this deadwood

I say this first to lead into the second part: this psyop bullshit you see in the past several decades has been going on far longer. In fact, it's baked into three class system, if not most cultures down through history.

Now, rather than look directly into that abyss, see it for a positive: we poors (eg. >99% globally) have survived it all for millennia, but the <1% have been dwindling the whole time. At this moment in time, they are the fewest they've ever been.

Who knows what's to come, but we will endure. We always do. Together. 🤘🏻

Don't you dare vote for anything different! Blue bullshit or Red bullshit only! They're the same shit [̲̅$̲̅(̲̅ ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°̲̅)̲̅$̲̅]

Remember tho, they are trying so hard to stop votes. Do vote but vote CAREFULLY and well researched. DSA members have been winning lately. They may register blue but they arent the same at all. They are actually workers, your neighbors, your community.

They wouldnt be trying to stop voting and continue to Gerrymander if votes didnt mean something.
