Less mistakes and more social faux pas's. But they all helped lead me to where I am now. Which while not a titan of industry, I'm still happy. I don't recall where to attribute this but someone said something along the lines of, 'cringe is the feeling of growth. It means you are a better person now than when that happened.'

Nah mine’s a hypnic jerk that feels like some sort of cold, single drip occurs inside my body from the center of my chest that triggers an anxiety that says “oh shit ur dying right now” and then I’m kept awake for another 3-4 minutes before almost going back to sleep and rolling the die on whether that cold drip occurs again. The sensation also makes me hyper aware of any other sensations in my chest, which in turn cause more anxiety, even though those sensations are probably always there and just go ignored, like feeling your tongue in your mouth.

…why yes, I am switching anxiety meds, how did you know?
